ATTENTION VIDEO VISITATION VISITORS

 

*Starting Monday, December 8th, 2025* 

All Visitors must provide a State Issued ID image (front and back) and a selfie image before they can use the ViaPath Video Visitation and tablet communication services.

When a Visitor attempts to contact an incarcerated person (IP’s) using the VisitNow or Messaging feature at the facility, they are asked to upload: 

  • An image of their State Issued ID (front and back)
  • A selfie image 

 

Visitors can upload the required images using:

  • The GoVisits app
  • The GTL GettingOut app
  • GettingOut.com
